Payment Plans
For your convenience there are no finance changes on our monthly drafts or debit drafts. You will remain a member until you cancel in writing with a 30-day notice.
Annual
You may pay your membership in full by cash, check, or charge card.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available at any time during the year and can be purchased in any denomination. Certificates can be used for payment for memberships or any YMCA program offered, including day care.
Scholarships
Within the available resources of The Association, The Pittsfield Family YMCA will not turn anyone away because of the inability to pay. Eligibility is based on family size and income. Applications are available at the main desk.
Credit/Refund Policy
If the YMCA cancels a program due to insufficient enrollment, the participants will be issued a credit or refund in full. If a participant cancels his/her enrollment prior to it's starting, the YMCA will issue full credit or a refund minus a processing fee. After the program has met twice, no credits or refunds will be issued. In case of illness or other medical reasons, a credit or refund will be issued for the remaining balance of program or membership fee. A doctor's note must be presented to receive this credit or refund. If not completely satisfied membership fees will be refunded in full within the first 30 days of membership. Memberships refunded after 30 days will be charged a processing fee. Joiner fees are non refundable.
Facility Rentals - Splash Party or Gym Party
The pool or the gym is available on Saturday and Sunday afternoons for parties to celebrate your child's birthday or other special occasion. Package includes one-hour pool time or gym time and one-hour room rental to enjoy cake and ice cream. Parties are limited to 15 people.
Meeting Room Rentals, $40-$60 per hour
Gym/Auditorium Rental, $20-$40 per hour
Pool Rental (maximum 40 people), $70-$100 per hour
