Skip 1
Ages 6 months to 3 years
Parent and child water orientation. This class works to develop a positive attitude and water experience.
Skip II
Ages 3 - 5
Pike for beginners, Eel for intermediate and Rays/Starfish for the advanced and creative child.
Progressive Swimming Program
Ages 6-12
Polliwog - for children with little or no swimming experience; working to build confidence in deep water and develop paddle stroking, rhythmic breathing and floating.
Guppy - this level focuses on developing the crawl stroke with rotary breathing and back sculling as well as increased endurance, floating and treading water.
Minnow - this level refines the crawl stroke skills and introduces the back crawl and the front dive.
Fish - continues to work on the front and back crawl stroke with endurance building. The skills for breaststroke, dolphin kick and elementary backstroke are added.
Flying Fish - concentration will be on the full stroke butterfly and breast stroke, open turns and greater endurance.
Shark - learn lifesaving medley and individual medley swims, turns and personal survival skills at this level.
Private Swim Lessons
One-on-one swim lessons (ages 5 and up).
Adult/Child Swim Lessons
If you have never learned how to swim let us teach you the basic swimming strokes to become more comfortable in the water.
Backyard Swim
In this program we send our qualified swim instructors to your home. The swimmer will learn basic water safety and first aid as well as stroke technique in the water. Classes are available for up to 5 children unless otherwise scheduled. Call to schedule times and dates.
